Terms & Conditions

• The Apartment is provided for the personal use of the registered guest. It is requested that no visitors be allowed into the premises. Only the registered guests are allowed in the apartment. Outsiders/Relatives/Friends/Drivers visiting or using the apartment would be treated as trespassers. Their presence in the apartment will be at the risk and cost of the registered Guest and Sunshine Holidays will accept no responsibility for any mishaps, missing articles etc of the guest on record.
  
  
• Use of the SWIMMING POOL is entirely on your own risk. Consumption of alcohol near the pool and entering the pool in an inebriated state is strictly prohibited. Please take special care of your children when visiting the pool and do not leave them unattended under any circumstances. We do not provide any life guards. The management is not responsible for any untoward incident.
  
  
• It is mandatory to complete the registration formalities and provide a proof of identification online before check- In at the apartment as it is submitted to the local Police Station.
  
  
• Smoking is STRICTLY NOT permitted in the apartment. Guests are requested to use the balcony/patio/step out of the apartment for smoking, if unavoidable.
  
  
• Please note that the below mentioned are prohibited in the Apartments:
  a. Loud music or T.V.
  b. Banging doors and talking loudly on mobile phones.
  c. Use of Drugs or Narcotics and Psychotropic substances and Fire arms, explosives or terrorist activities.
  
  
• The apartment inventory will be checked between the care taker and the guest at the time of Check In and Check Out. Any loss or damage caused in any way by the guest accidentally or intentionally will have to be paid for in full, on check out.
  
  
• We at ‘Sunshine Holidays Goa’ do not accept responsibility for loss of cash or valuables left in the apartment. You are requested to always carry your precious belongings with you at all times. Please lock all your baggage’s when you leave the apartment.
  
  
• We reserve the absolute right of admission. We expect full compliance of our, Government’s rules and regulations by the Guests staying with us. A guest may be asked to vacate without prior notice and without being assigned any reasons what so ever, as deemed fit by the management. The concerned guest shall and will be bound to leave as and when requested to do so. Refusal to leave will entitle us to treat the offending guest as a trespasser and deal with the person or his/her group accordingly.
  
  
• Ignorance, failure to understand English or read the above rules will not be accepted as an excuse, for not abiding by them.
  
  
• Please be careful with the apartment keys. In case of loss of keys, charges of Rs.2500/- will be levied and will need to be paid as complete lock set replacement charges.
  
  
• Apartment cleaning & towel changes will be done every alternate day. Bed sheets will be changed twice a week at a convenient time decided by the guest and the housekeeper.
  
  
• Please switch off all lights, fans and electrical appliances when not in use.
  
  
• The management is not responsible for electricity failure by the Electricity Department.
